The request of order cancellation can be made only before the order is in pending stage and hasn't left the warehouse for shipping.  

If you don't like the product, you can request for return. If you are returning your product, the refund will be processed immediately after the product has been picked up by us.

Once the refund is processed, your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

 If the product is tried or the tag is removed, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
